The club's long-awaited top-flight return after a 16-year absence proved one to savour and the YEP's Lee Sobot picked out some of the most impressive Whites statistics based on the 2020-21 campaign as a whole.
Leeds ended their season with Sunday's 3-1 victory at home to already relegated West Brom - after which the season's Premier League statistics were complete....
1. 59 points
There was always talk of Leeds needing to firstly reach the magical 40-point marker which is normally enough for safety but the Whites ended up one point short of 60 and finished just three points off a European qualification place.
2. 9th place
Whites head coach Marcelo Bielsa, above, steered Leeds to a ninth-placed finish which was United's best since David O'Leary's side came fifth in 2002.
3. 62 goals
Netted across United's 38 league fixtures for an average of 1.6 a game. Only five clubs scored more - Manchester City (83), Manchester United (73), Liverpool (68), Leicester City (68) and Tottenham (68). West Ham also bagged 62.
4. 17 goals
For Patrick Bamford, to finish joint-fourth in the Golden Boot standings alongside Tottenham's Heung-Min Son. Only Tottenham's Harry Kane (23), Liverpool's Mo Salah (22) and Manchester United's Bruno Fernandes (18) scored more.
5. 9 assists
For Brazilian star Raphinha which saw the winger finish top of the Whites assists charts. Jack Harrison was next with eight, followed by Patrick Bamford with seven. Mateusz Klich was next with five. Raphinha was joint sixth-best in the division.
6. 11 clean sheets
Kept by Whites stopper Illan Meslier. Leeds managed 12 over the course of the season as Kiko Casilla also kept a clean sheet in the 4-0 victory at Burnley. That is the joint fifth-best.
