Farsley Cricket Club remain in second place after rain prevented play against Gomersal.
Gomersal v Farsley
Date: Saturday, June 21
Scores: No play - Rain:
Points: Farsley 2 – Gomersal 2
Venue: Gomersal Cricket Club
Two sides hoping to be in the promotion mix come September had to settle for a modest 2 points apiece after steady rain made play impossible on the year's longest day.
The rain began around mid-day, light rain at first and persistent throughout the whole of West Yorkshire and the Rams' own particular game was called off at 2.45 pm. The rest of the Bradford League games were also cancelled at various times during a miserable June afternoon
The two points per side leaves the League placing as the were with second placed Farsley awaiting their rearranged games at Idle the following day, Sunday 22nd June which is the halfway point of the season.
