A West Yorkshire carvery has gone viral - after challenging customers to eat a giant eclair.

Heathfield Farm in Birkenshaw, Bradford posted a picture of the huge dessert on Facebook on Monday. (May 17)

Hundreds of social media users reacted with delight at the ridiculous offering, with many believing they could finish the entire eclair in one sitting.

The eatery said the eclair must be pre-ordered and is only available for eating in.

They challenged customers to eat the 'eclair to end all eclairs'.

The post read: "Look who’s BACKKK.

"THE GIANT ECLAIR TO END ALL GIANT ECLAIRS

"Who fancies a shot at this Giant eclair? DO YOU THINK YOU CAN TAKE IT ON?

"Come down and see if you can handle it.

"MUST be pre ordered and available for **EATING IN ONLY**"
