Whether you’re celebrating with your other half, or doing something special with your pals, there’s something for everyone in Leeds. Three Leeds restaurants were recently named among the most romantic in the UK by booking website OpenTable, and there are plenty of others offering something special for the day of love.

2. Cena Bistro
Cena Bistro in Guiseley was named among OpenTable's most romantic restaurants in the UK. The Oxford Road eatery’s cosy atmosphere promises to be the perfect setting to enjoy a meal with a significant other, with a menu of Italian classics – including Lasagna al Forno, Saltimbocca alla Romana and a range of traditional pizzas. 3. The Ox Club
Ox Club at Headrow House was also named in the OpenTable list. The Michelin-recommended grill showcases the best of Yorkshire's seasonal produce – including the showstopper 1kg Highland cote de boeuf to share. 4. Sous Le Nez

Fleur, in The Light, has been named the third most romantic restaurant in the UK by Travel Awaits. They say: “Curved booths with pink soft-studded seats and an incredible canopy of wisteria strewn right across the ceiling make this a unique and very romantic restaurant. Pink and white flowers are literally everywhere and there’s even a swing seat for couples to cozy up on. Cosy Club is running a limited-time Valentine’s menu, made especially for sharing. Available from Saturday to Tuesday. Served in a carafe, the new Eye Candy cocktail (£17.95) is an exciting accompaniment to any love-filled meal. Served alongside two glasses, this interactive cocktail is topped with clouds of cotton candy. The new Love Triangle dessert (£14.95) is the perfect sharing treat for those with a sweet tooth.
