Two goals from Chloe Stratton did the damage but Farsley had a couple of outstanding Megi Moo saves and some well-timed last-ditch tackles from defenders Chloe Watson, Bethany Lewis and Lauren Richardson to thank for keeping them ahead.

Farsley's first chance came inside the first couple of minutes, Bethany tackling deep inside her own half and moving the ball out of defence for Katie Clark who dribbled it the length of the pitch before having her shot saved.

Dani Horner then set Katie Clark up for another effort on goal but that too was saved before Megi kept out the visitors with a great stop.

Lucy Donnelly was making some good runs from midfield and Olivia Hellas and Katie Leeming both had shots saved before Farsley went in front five minutes before half-time. Katie Clark made a surging run up the left wing and when her cross was pushed out by the Leeds City keeper
Chloe Stratton was on the spot to slot the ball into the net.
Leeds City went searching for an equaliser after the break with Bethany clearing off the line and Chloe Watson making a series of crucial tackles.

Farsley nearly doubled their lead when Dani's superbly flighted corner found Katie Leeming but her shot went just wide.

At the other end a Leeds City striker found herself clean through only for Megi to pull off a fantastic one-handed save.

After a tense second half Farsley finally sealed the points five minutes from time. Olivia linked up with Katie Leeming but when her shot was saved the ball came out again to Olivia and she put in Chloe Stratton who made no mistake from a few yards out to score her sixth goal of the season.

Megi then had to make another good save with Lauren making another last-ditch tackle to ensure a clean sheet before a superb piece of skill almost led to a third goal. Dani's pass to Olivia by the halfway line out ont the left was hit first time with the outside of her foot, an inch-perfect pass which found Katie Leeming who beat the defender but shot just wide.
