The concert in his memory at the Parish Church played to packed house and raised £550.
Concert-goers enjoyed performances from Maureen Thompson (Soprano), Malcom Buncher (Tenor) and David Bainbridge (Baritone) who were accompanied by Basil Walsh.
Norman's son and daughter in law Martin and Diane Hudson had come from Herefordshire along with other members of the family and friends.
Veronia Lovell, chair of Friends of St John's Church, said: "Martin paid tribute to his father in a very humourous and touching way and this was greatly appreciated.
"They had also arranged for some very beautiful floral arrangements to be delivered for the concert - one from Norman's family in New Zealand -they were spectacular and are now in St John's church.
"The concert, was in fact 'a closure' on the sad and unexpected event at the end of last year's event and it marked the esteem and regard in which Norman is held locally."
Mr Hudson had played the piano for 80 years in and around Leeds and Yorkshire and was also a piano teacher to hundreds of pupils over the decades.
Mr Hudson, of Beverley Drive, had played at hundreds of concerts including the annual Remembrance Concert at Leeds Town Hall and was a regular performer at Horsforth Music Festival.
He was awarded the Paul Harris Fellowship medal for services rendered, one of the highest honours in his field.
